Try you go to RapidKL website. I always googled to this website when I find hard to go to some part in KL or elsewhere, as I live in Puchong, where you knows here, there is no LRT/KTM. The only public transport here is bus and taxi.

besides, extreme sit up and let your tummy been hit by a steamroller, what else can one do to get their tummy flat. no ‘boncit2’ one. no flabby tummy.

First, you must eat less than you’re going to burn. Cut off fatty fried food, junk food and sugar. Cut down on salty food and carbohydrates like rice, noodles and bread. Cut down on coffee/tea as caffeine is diuretic, cause you to pass urine more, hence water retention.

Breakfast is very important as it ensures your metabolic rate is high. You can have fat-free yogurt with an apple.

For lunch, 2 soft-boiled eggs with a piece of unbuttered wholemeal toast and a glass of Milo kosong.

Dinner, steam fish or chicken breast (no salt or oil) with large portion of steamed or blanched veggies. I only have 2 tbsp rice at nite.

Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins.

Eat fruits if you feel like snacking.

Have your dinner early so that your system has time to burn it off before you go to sleep. And try to sleep early so that you won’t be tempted to have late nite suppers. Moreover, your body need to regenerate new cells when you sleep.

And most importantly, you really need to exercise. Try dance workouts. They are fun. And sit-ups/crunches. They will firm and tone your your abs so they appear less jiggly! Have a protein shake after you exercise or 4 hard-boiled egg whites.
They will help build muscles.

Remember, while is wonderful to look good, it’s your health that’s most important.

The proposed 3-line 150 km Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system in KL comprising two northeast-southwest radial lines and one circle line looping around Kuala Lumpur city. KL MRT will not only significantly increase the current inadequate rail network but will also serve to integrate the existing rail networks and expectantly alleviate the severe traffic congestion in the KL metropolitan area.

The proposal was announced in June 2010 and was approved by the government of Malaysia in December 2010. Construction of the first line is targeted to commence in July 2011. The project also represents one of the economic entry point project identified for the Greater Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley National Key Economic Area under the Economic Transformation Program.
